Cardif assigned AA rating
On Jan. 7., 2008 Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services assigned its „AA+“ long-term counterparty credit and insurer financial strength ratings to Cardif Assurance Vie und Cardif-Assurances Risques Divers, the two main operating entities of French life insurance group BNP Paribas Assurance.
One year later in January 2009 Cardif again reached an excellent AA rating for both for both companies, which confirmed its strong market position in a really difficult economical environment.
